Dr. Penshorn is awesome - she takes the time to listen, ask questions and answers yours so you leave feeling cared for and confident. Best OD ever! The staff is also very thoughtful and kind - the optical is beautiful with so many fantastic frame and sub wear choices! Highly recommend!

My family and I have been going to Look & See since it first opened in the early oughts. The doctors are current on eye care and the technicians are fantastic! Love the European eyewear selection 🥰

had a really lovely experience here. staff was very queer friendly and accommodated my medical anxiety without my asking them to. since my visit I've been recommending them to everyone who will listen!

I honestly went in anxious because of the reviews I read, but afterwards I was like, "these people talk fast and are curt but not in a rude way," and I had 0 problems. I emailed my questions before calling to schedule an appointment. There's a weird thing where Dr. Stidham was licensed to do insurance under Medicaid, but not the other optometrist, but the store didn't offer in-house glasses for Medicaid. They did provide a list of places to bring my prescription to for glasses after the appointment. I had no issues here. Beth and Dr. Stidham and everyone else I met were really professional. The clinic was was very bright and very clean. I am in process of getting my new prescription glasses now.

Overall great experience! Dr. Penshorn was great to work with. She was patient and thoroughly explained the condition I was working through. There were some circumstances outside of their control that happened with delivery of my lenses and the team was really attentive with helping me through it. Front office staff were very friendly and welcoming! Free parking is a plus here too.

I can’t say enough good things about them. Me and my husband went to do comprehensive eye exams. The whole process was very smooth and comfortable. And really, this was the most thorough exam I’ve ever had since I got here in the US. they had free parking just turn right from the front entrance. Dr penshorn,and all the staffs we interacted with were amazing. they were very helpful they don’t see anyone under age 7 but gave me another office location for my toddler. We end up ordering two pair of glasses with our updated prescription and the lady went over our plans to help us with the best price.

Dr. Penshom was very attentive and thorough during my eye exam. She took her time to make sure she could answer any of my questions and gave plenty of helpful tips to help with my dry eyes. Will definitely be coming back!

Went in today for a long-over due eye exam. I am a pretty anxious person but everyone there was so nice and helpful. (Especially the tech who gave me a sticker 🫶 ) Everyone was very helpful when it came to insurance as well 😊 absolutely loved it here!

Recently shifted back to Look+See. The whole experience much improved! The care team did a great job on my exam. Frame selection greatly improved: now carrying IC! Berlin frames—-which are fantastic. Brian with the fittings-outstanding help selecting and fitting frames!!! Thank you Brian for all the solid help today!
